A spacious balcony with 2 entrances (from the bedroom and the living room), overlooking the mountains and the pool, is furnished with outdoor seating and makes an excellent place to relax. Other Details to Note
- The rental price includes accommodation for up to 2 guests. For a 3rd guest staying on the sofa bed, there is a one-time fee of 2,000 THB for the entire stay. - Electricity is charged separately at a rate of 7 baht per 1 kW, based on the meter reading - Please do not dispose of toilet paper or any other items down the toilet, as this can cause clogs. If a clog occurs, a plumber is a paid service, and a fine of 5,000 baht will also apply. - Please take out all trash before you leave, wash any used dishes, and ensure no food scraps are left on the counters or other surfaces.
